1. All phone covers are from Korea.
2. Items color vary due to different screen resolution.
3. We're not responsible for any lost mails if you opted for Normal Postage.
4. Payment are to be made within 48 hours after receiving the confirmation e-mail from us.
5. No payment received within 48 hours, order will be voided.
6. No refund will be given back for last minute cancellation of order.
7. For Iphone 4S phone covers, if it doesn't fits, no refund or exchange are allowed.

For Customize Phone Covers
1. Minimum file size for picture(s) : 1MB or above.
2. We'll only give 3 chances for re-sending pictures to us.
3. We're not responsible for any poor printing of covers.
4. Please send pictures that are taken using digital camera or DSLR.
5. Do note that camera phone doesn't have the good resolution for printing on the cover.
